Verum winery and its vineyards are located in Tomelloso (Ciuad Real) a municipality in the largest wine growing region in the world, La Mancha. A project born in 2007 from the hand of the López Montero family focused on achieving excellence in the wines and distillates they make. Since 2016 all production is ecological and in 2016 it becomes the first spanish winery to elaborate in Patagonia (Argentina). Recently a new brand has been incorporated. The Ulterior wine range includes five mono varietals chosen for their adaption to climatic conditions, some native ones such as the Albillo Real or Tinto Velasco and others introduced such as Garnacha, Mazuelo or Graciano, all of them under organic cultivation at Finca el Romeral where the family López Montero wanted to recover varieties that were forgotten and to incorporate others thar are showing that they can be adapted.

The Designation of Origin Ribeiro is located in Galicia, on the north-western edge of Spain. A small region situated at 45 km. of the Atlantic Ocean, in a very particular area and of excellent aptitude for the cultivation of the vine. Ribeiro has an extension about 1,300 hectares of vineyards, 1,607 wine growers and 98 wineries and “colleiteiros” (harvesters) with certified product. The queen of our white native varieties is Treixadura.
